Responding to a question of reporters, the PM said: “BNP is a party of terrorists and they never believe in election. BNP was formed by a military dictator and grabbed the state power. Poll rigging and ballot stuffing are their characters and now they are not getting this chance.”

She said that her government has created a congenial atmosphere for voting defying all obstacles and anarchy created by BNP and Jamaat.

“No one can complain about the 2008 election and in that election, BNP got 30 seats only out of 300 seats whereas Awami League as a party got 233 seats. After that election, BNP is against the poll,” Awami League president continued.

Responding to a question regarding the credibility of the election from a foreign journalist, the premier said: “I have to prove credibility to whom? To a terrorist party….No. I have my accountability to the people. Whether people will accept it or not that is important to me.”

The PM also urged people of the country to go to the polling centres and cast votes.
