Law Minister Anisul Huq has unofficially won in Brahmanbaria-4 in the 12th national election that concluded on Sunday.
Anisul bagged 220,667 votes while his nearest rival, Shaheen Khan from the National People’s Party with the Mango symbol secured 6,586 votes.

Syed Zafrul Kuddus of the Bangladesh Tarikat Federation got 4,574 votes with the symbol Garland of Flowers.
Voting was held at 118 centres in the constituency.
With this the law minister clinches victory from the seat for a third consecutive time.
