The ULAB Kaleidoscope Club, an initiative of the Center for Enterprise and Society (CES) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), concluded an enlightening field trip on December 9.
This excursion, tailored to broaden the horizons of the students, unfolded a captivating exploration of Comilla's archaeological treasures— Rupban Mura, Nobo Shalbon Bihar Buddha Mandir, Shalban Bihar, Mainamati Museum and Comilla University, said a press release issued on Tuesday.
Dr Muhammed Shohrab Uddin, associate professor and head of the Department of Archaeology at Comilla University, delivered a keynote underscoring the significance of interfaith harmony, offering profound insights into the millennia-old landmarks of Comilla.
Following this, Md Mushfiqur Rahman, senior manager at CES, shared the inspiring seven-year journey of CES in championing diversity and tolerance in Bangladesh and beyond.
The event and workshop concluded on a high note with a heartfelt vote of thanks from Professor Dr Mohammad Solaiman of the Department of Marketing at Comilla University.
