ULAB holds discussion, prayer session on Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) organized a discussion and prayer session on Sunday to observe the holy Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

The session focused on the significance of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi and the life, teachings, and contributions of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) to humanity.

In his opening remarks, ULAB Vice Chancellor Professor Shamsad Mortuza, PhD, said: "The life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) serve as an eternal guide for humanity, inspiring us to uphold morality, compassion, and peace."

The keynote discussion was delivered by Kazi Md Tarique, PhD, associate professor, School of Business, ULAB.

He said: "By following the teachings and ideals of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), it is possible to promote justice, humanity, harmony, and mutual respect in both personal and social life."

Following the discussion, Kazi Mohammad Tarique, PhD, led a special prayer seeking peace and prosperity for the country and its people, global peace, and the overall well-being of the ULAB community.

Faculty members, officials, and students of ULAB attended the program.
