Bangladesh Power Development Board, Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Army won their respective matches in the Walton Independence Day Volleyball, organised by Bangladesh Volleyball Federation, Friday in Paltan’s Shaheed Nur Hossain National Stadium.
BPDB beat Fire Service 25-13, 25-12, 25-8, Air Force defeated Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Pratishthan 25-18, 25-21, 25-22 while Army beat Bangladesh Police 25-13, 25-22, 25-12.
In Saturday's matches at the same venue, Air Force will take on Fire Service at 8am, Bangladesh Navy will face Police at 9:30am, Border Guard Bangladesh will lock horns with BKSP at 3pm while Army will be up against Bangladesh Ansar at 4:30pm.
