Bangladesh army organised an inter-service football tournament which had the final and award ceremony in Jashore’s Cantonment on Thursday.
In the award ceremony, Jashore’s area commander major general Ataul Hakim Saroar Hasan was present as the chief guest to hand over the awards.
In the tournament final, the Army football team defeated the Navy football team 4-3 on penalties, after the match ended 1-1 in allotted time. Mohammad Sohel Rana of the Army football team was adjudged the player-of-the-match.
