‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ to release simultaneously in Bangladesh and India

The horror-comedy film will be released in Bangladesh through the SAFTA agreement

Update : 23 Oct 2024, 05:46 PM

Many assumed that importing films from India would be closed due to the political changes; however, this is not the case.

After a brief hiatus, the initiative will continue from November 1.

It has been confirmed that the Bollywood's movie "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" will arrive in Bangladesh on the same day of its release (November 1).

The horror-comedy film will be released in Bangladesh through the SAFTA agreement by Abhi Kothachitra.

Zahid Hasan Abhi, the chief distributor in Dhaka, has confirmed this.

He said that he is importing "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" in exchange for Mir Sabbir's film "Raat Jaga Phool."

The distributor said: “Many thought that the change in government would halt the arrival of Indian films. But this is ultimately a commodity. Just as other products are imported and exported between India and Bangladesh following regulations, films are treated the same.”

“Except for Eid, we are not releasing big-budget films, and to keep the theaters operational, we need to bring in Indian movies,” he added.

This is the third film in the blockbuster "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" series.

The film features Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, Triptii Dimri and others in various roles.
