Ruling Awami League and Awami League-led 14-party alliance will hold talks with Islami Oikya Jote over the upcoming general election tomorrow at noon.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday invited the Islami Oikya Jote to join the talks at Ganabhaban, in response to a letter sent by the Islamic party seeking talks over the upcoming polls on November 1.
Islami Oikya Jote’s Chairman Abdul Latif Nezami received the invitation letter from the Awami League office secretary and prime minister’s Special Assistant Abdus Sobhan Golap at 5pm.

Abdul Latif Nezami told Dhaka Tribune that they received the invitation and are preparing the delegation list to meet with the Awami League.
The prime minister has held many talks held by the prime minister with political parties ahead of the election recently. On Thursday she had talks with Jaitya Oikya Front; Jukta Front on Friday and with 14-party alliance on Sunday.
They will hold talks with Jatiya Party on Monday and with Left Democratic Alliance on Tuesday.
