Seven more people died at the Covid-19 unit of Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) in the 24 hours to Tuesday morning.
Among them, three tested positive for the virus while the rest had symptoms, said Dr Mohiuddin Khan Moon, a spokesperson of the unit.
Meanwhile, 300 patients are still undergoing treatment in the hospital, of whom 22 are in the intensive care unit, said the officials.

Seventy were admitted in the last 24 hours and 50 were discharged from the hospital, he added.
The district's Civil Surgeon Mohammad Nazrul Islam said 663 samples were tested at the hospital’s PCR lab in the last 24 hours and 169 new cases were recorded, which took the total number of infections to 8,817.
The positivity rate was at 25.49% while 261 patients also recovered during the last same period, he said.
So far 91 people have died from the deadly disease in the district.
