A decomposed and half-naked body of a 16 or 17-year-old unidentified girl has been recovered from the training centre of the postal department in Gazipur.
The body was found near the pond of the training centre in the Kashimpur area on Tuesday afternoon.

Kashimpur police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahbubey Khuda said: “Locals found the body and informed police. Police later recovered the body and sent it to Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
“Primary investigation suggests that, the miscreant killed the girl three or four days ago and left the body there. Legal action is being taken in this regard.”
