Two people including a child, suffering from shortness of breath, have died while undergoing treatment at the isolation unit of the 'Flu Corner' of Khulna Medical College Hospital(KMCH).
KMCH Flu Corner Spokesperson Dr Soilendra Biswas confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune on Friday noon.
The 24 year man from the city area died around 9pm while the 10-year old child of Rupsa upazila breathed her last around 12 pm on Friday. They both were suffering from respiratory problems, said Soilendra Biswas.
He also added that samples from the deceased had been collected to test for coronavirus.
