Murdered Bangladesh University of Engineering and University (Buet) student Abrar Fahad’s brother, Abrar Fayaz, has got admission to Kushtia Government College in the Biology department.
Kushtia Government College Principal Kazi Manzur Kadir said Abrar Fayaz’s father has done all the paperwork and admitted him to the college around 3pm on Thursday.
Fayaz’s father said: “I prepared all the paperwork for my son as he was sick.”
Earlier, Faiyaz applied for a transfer certificate (TC) from Dhaka College.
When asked, Faiyaz told journalists that he does not want to stay in Dhaka anymore due to security reasons following the murder of his elder brother.
Abrar, a second year student of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of Buet, was beaten to death inside the university’s Sher-e-Bangla Hall in the early hours of October 7.
