Fazle Hossain Badsha, Workers Party of Bangladesh lawmaker from Rajshahi 2 constituency, has recovered from Covid-19.
The lawmaker, who was undergoing treatment at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in Dhaka, tested negative for Covid-19 on Thursday, the lawmaker's Personal Assistant Moinuddin Ahmed Russel confirmed.
"He is completely out of danger now and will return to his electoral area very soon," he added.

MP Badsha, also the general secretary of Workers Party of Bangladesh, tested positive for the virus on April 14 and was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital on the same day.
He was flown to Dhaka by air ambulance from Rajshahi on April 15 after a 14-member medical board formed to treat him recommended his transfer to a Dhaka hospital.
Former student leader Badsha had been vaccinated with the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on February 7 and the second dose on April 8.
