Awami League (AL) Parliamentary Nomination Board President also Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to hold a views exchange meeting with nomination seekers of the party at the Ganabhaban on Sunday.
Ahead of the meeting, nomination seekers were seen gathering outside Ganabhaban since the morning.
The meeting was scheduled for 10am but was delayed due to the publication of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations earlier in the morning.
The ruling party has sold a total of 3,362 nomination forms ahead of the national elections slated for January 7.
Earlier on Friday, Awami League Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua signed a press release that said the party nomination board president will hold the meeting on Sunday at 10am.
