State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak has tested positive for Covid-19 again.
Through a Facebook post on Monday, he wrote: “I humbly request everyone who has been in contact with me in the last few days to take necessary steps, including a test for Covid-19. Pray for me everyone.”
Palak's Private Assistant Secretary Rakibul Islam said that the state minister took a Covid-19 test on Sunday, as he was planning to attend the Cabinet Division meeting on Monday.
He is currently being treated at his home, he added.
On January 5 last year, Zunaid Ahmed Palak and his two sons tested positive for Covid-19.
