Tangail and Thakurgaon made it to the final of the 4th National Women’s Rugby Championship 2020 after winning their respective semi-finals at Paltan ground in Dhaka Sunday.
The final will be held Monday.
Thakurgaon won their game with no resistance from the opponent during the 15-0 win over Narail in the first semi-final, but Tangail had to toil hard as their game against Dhaka ended pointless in the stipulated time before tie-breaker (2-0) decided the finalist.
A total of 16 teams split into four groups are taking part in the meet.
