Dhaka Commerce College and Narayanganj College advanced to the final of the Walton 3rd Inter-College Women’s Rugby final Sunday after winning their respective semi-finals at Paltan Maidan in Dhaka.
In the first semi, Dhaka Commerce College beat Government Kabi Nazrul College 10-0 while in the second last four clash, Narayanganj College defeated Central Women’s College by the same margin.
The final will be held Monday at the same venue at 11am while the third place playoff will take place at 10am.
A total of nine teams took part in the U-20 competition. The three group champions and the best runners-up side qualified for the semis.
