Hisham Al Tahir, general secretary of the Asian Chess Federation, will arrive in Dhaka Saturday night for a two-day visit.
He will meet the president of the Bangladesh Chess Federation and other officials and top-level players during his Dhaka tour.
Tahir will also be present as the chief guest at the inaugural function of the Saif Power Battery 37th National Sub-Junior Chess Championship.
He will leave Dhaka for Dubai Monday morning.
