Photography exhibition "Contemplation," opens on Saturday, February 24 at 6pm at La Galerie, Alliance Française de Dhaka. The exhibition showcases the talents and insights of 15 participants from diverse backgrounds.

Under the mentorship of internationally acclaimed photographer Abir Abdullah, these individuals have embarked on a creative journey to capture the essence of contemporary social issues, stories of marginalized communities, and personal reflections through the lens of their cameras.

"Contemplation" comprises 150 compelling photographs, each telling a unique story and shedding light on various aspects of the human experience. From exploring contemporary social issues to delving into the nuances of self-reflection and climate concerns, the exhibition offers a thought-provoking visual narrative that resonates with audiences of all backgrounds.
The inaugural ceremony of the exhibition, set to take place on, will be graced by esteemed personalities including Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoorul Islam, Professor Emeritus, University of Dhaka, Manzarehassin Murad, Filmmaker, Saif Ul Haque, Principal, Saif Ul Haque Sthapati, Tushar Abdullah, Editorial Head, Ekhon TV, and Shabnam Ferdousi, Filmmaker.
The exhibition will close on February 28. The gallery is open between 3-9pm daily.
