Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly tested positive for Covid-19 along with Kartik Aaryan, Katrina Kaif, and Aditya Roy Kapur. All of them had joined filmmaker and TV personality Karan Johar’s 50th birthday celebrations recently, which caused around 50 to 55 people to be infected by the virus, according to Bollywood Hungama.
Bollywood Hungama reported that the birthday bash was attended by around 120 guests. Others also felt symptoms but are not disclosing their names, they added. This comes after a surge of Covid cases in Mumbai in recent times.
Earlier on June 5, Katrina Kaif had reportedly tested positive for Covid-19. The actress was scheduled to start shooting for Sriram Raghavan’s “Merry Christmas” with Vijay Sethupathi last week, but it had to be rescheduled for Covid.
On June 4, Kartik Aaryan announced on Instagram that he has tested positive for Covid. According to ETimes, Aditya Roy Kapur also tested positive delaying the promotional schedule of his latest film “Om: The Battle Within”.
