After the success of "Mohanagar," the much-celebrated director Ashfaque Nipun has returned with a heart-wrenching tale, titled "Sabrina."
In a grand event on Tuesday, Hoichoi unveiled the teaser of the series, in the presence of the lead cast and director, in a bid to celebrate the International Women's day with this women-driven social drama.
The "Sabrina" cast includes Mehazabien Chowdhury, Nazia Haque Orsha, Intekhab Dinar, Hasan Masood, Runa Khan, Yash Rohan, Ejajul Islam and Faruk Ahmed.
Ashfaque Nipun, director of the webseries, said, “Narrating a story that is socially relevant and has the power to make an impact on people's minds is something very important to me. Creating Sabrina was a journey that will be special in multiple ways. It was incredible to re-collaborate with Hoichoi as well.
Mehazabien Chowdhury said, “Sabrina is a story that is not only relevant but also needs to reach as many people as possible. As an actor I always search for scripts that deal with the feelings of a woman in depth and coincidentally Sabrina is a series that addresses and upholds the story of not just one but every woman. I am thankful to Ashfaque Nipun and Hoichoi for giving me the challenging role of Sabrina."
