Three days has passed since the inauguration of the 14th International Short and Independent Film Festival, and the premises of this thriving festival are crowded with alike, film enthusiasts, and filmmakers.

International Short and Independent Film Festival (ISIFF), a Biennale film event, is taking place since 1988. It is one of the oldest festival of short films organised independently in South Asia. Bangladesh Short Film Forum, the pioneer organisation of independent Bangladeshi filmmakers are organising this film festival, with a vision to promote the culture of independent and alternative cinema across the region.
