A group of about 10 leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Chhatra League on Wednesday dawn held a flash procession in front of Dhaka University’s (DU) Madhur Canteen wearing black caps and masks.
A video clip shows that they started the procession from Madhur Canteen and proceeded towards the Central Mosque.
The 47-second video clip has spread on social media.
From the procession, they were chanting slogans like- "Sheikh Hasina will come, Bangladesh will smile”; “Remove Yunus, Save the Nation, Bangabandhu’s Bangladesh”; “Mujib, we see you in the red and green flag” and others.
This is the first time Chhatra League men went public at DU after the fall of Awami League regime on August 5.
