A case has been filed at Gopalganj Sadar Police Station regarding a theft incident at Former Inspector General of Police Benazir Ahmed’s Eco Resort and Natural Park in Gopalganj.
Resort’s Manager Sarwar Hossen filed the case as plaintiff, mentioning the names of five individuals as suspects and labeling several others as unidentified culprits in this case.
The individuals named in the case are Sajib Mojumdar, Subrata Das, Animesh Sen, Biplab Bol, and Sanjay Bol.
Gopalganj Sadar Thana Inspector (Investigation) Harun-ar-Rashid confirmed the filing of the case.
According to the complaint, on Thursday evening the suspects consecutively stole three CPUs and a monitor from the resort.
Later, resort's Manager Sarwar Hossain identified the suspects from the footage of the park's CCTV cameras.
Inspector (Investigation) Harun-ar-Rashid said that the police have initiated an investigation into the matter based on the filed case. The plaintiff has also submitted the CCTV footage to the police station.
