A helper of a cargo truck sustained burn injuries after the vehicle was set on fire in Pakundia area of Narayanganj’s Sonargaon upazila Tuesday night.
The injured is Simon, 24, of Sherpur upazila in Bogra.
The incident took place on Sonargaon Asian Highway at around 10pm on Tuesday.
Sonargaon police station Sub-Inspector (SI) Asadur Rahman confirmed the information, adding that Simon was admitted to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery around 12am.
