The government has decided to begin the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations of the current year on July 2.
The decision was taken at a meeting held on Saturday at the conference room of the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education. The meeting was chaired by Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon.
After the meeting, the information was confirmed to Dhaka Tribune by Professor Dr Khandaker Ehsanul Kabir, chairman of the Dhaka Education Board and president of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee.
He said the ministry meeting decided that this year’s HSC and equivalent examinations will begin on July 2.
