An internal police report says unidentified miscreants detonated four crude bombs

Multiple crude bombs have exploded at a crossroads in Dhaka’s Jatrabari, a day after similar blasts outside the local police station.

A rickshaw puller has been injured in the latest incident.

Around 7:30pm on Saturday, several crude bombs went off outside Samad Super Market at the Jatrabari Police chief Raju Ahmed said, reports bdnews24.com.

Police are investigating who set off the bombs, according to the officer.

An internal police report says unidentified miscreants detonated four crude bombs.

It also says a 32-year-old rickshaw puller identified only as Billal was injured.

Earlier in the evening, two buses were set on fire in Mirpur-1 and Mirpur-11.

Multiple crude bombs exploded outside Jatrabari Police Station and at the crossroads on Friday evening, injuring a rickshaw puller who received treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
