On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the country’s first electric-powered rapid transit, Metro Rail, will remain closed on Eid day.
Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) announced this on Saturday through a post on its verified Facebook page.
According to the post, Metro Rail services will be suspended only on Eid day, with regular operations continuing as usual on other days.
