No case was filed even 24 hours after the explosion on the third floor of a building named "Shirin Mansion" in Dhaka's Science Lab area.
Police Inspector Haldar Ajit Thakur of New Market police station confirmed the information to Dhaka Tribune on Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the bodies of the three victims who were killed in the explosion have been handed over to their families on Monday morning.
The bodies were handed over after completing autopsies at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

At least three people were killed and dozens were injured in the explosion in Dhaka's Science Lab area on Sunday morning.
The incident, which took place at around 10:52am, left part of the three-story “Shirin Mansion” partially collapsed.
