The gas supply will be shut off at various parts of Dhaka from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, due to the relocation of pipelines to facilitate construction work of the Dhaka Elevated Expressway from Mohakhali Bus Terminal to Moghbazar.
The areas include East and West Nakhalpara, Nakhalpara Rail gate and adjoining areas, said a Titas Gas press release.
It added that gas supply to all kinds of consumers, including households, industries, captive power, CNG pumps and commercial establishments, will not be available during the shutdown period.
