Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain on Tuesday told journalists that they can write whatever they see in court.
“Uphold the status and the image of the judiciary in your writings,” the chief justice said.
He was speaking to the newly elected committee of Supreme Court-based law and human rights related journalist organization, Law Reporters Forum (LRF), when they went to his office for a courtesy visit.
Wakil Ahmed Hiron, president of LRF, Nazmul Ahasan Raju, secretary of LRF, and Md Zakir Hossain, registrar general of Supreme Court, were present, among others.
