The court has directed concerned authorities to interrogate Evaly managing director (MD) Md Rassel at the jail gate for a day, within three days, in an embezzlement case of Tk85,000.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Sadbir Yasir Ahsan Chowdhury passed the order after a hearing on Thursday as police produced Rassel and his wife Evaly Chairman Shamima Nasrin before the court.

Following that, the investigating officer (IO) of Dhanmondi police station requested to show them arrested in the case and sought for a 5-day remand.
Additional Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Hasibul Haque granted the application for arrest and rejecting the remand plea, ordered for the interrogation at the jail gate for one day.
