The High Court bench of Justice Kazi Rezaul Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah gave the order responding to a writ petition filed by Human Rights and Peace for Bangladesh on November 6.
The court also issued a ruling asking why the concerned authorities' failure to stop grabbers should not be declared illegal.
The court asked the concern authorities to submit a report before the court by November 27 informing the progress.
