CMP Commissioner Iqbal Bahar made the announcement on Thursday afternoon.
CMP will pay Tk 5 lakh for any information leading to arrest of Musa Sikdar, he added.

Three killers left the scene on a motorcycle. Their daughter was at home while Babul was in Dhaka at that time.
Police have arrested a number of suspects and remanded them. But the alleged mastermind, police informant Musa, has remained absconding.
