Next year, there will be a total of 26 holidays, including both general holidays and those declared by executive orders. Of these, 9 days coincide with weekends (5 Fridays and 4 Saturdays).
This decision was made on Thursday during a meeting of the council chaired by Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus at the Chief Adviser's Office in Tejgaon.
