Senior BNP leader and former minister Amanullah Aman, jailed for 13 years in a corruption case, will file a bail petition after surrendering at the court of Dhaka’s Special Judge Abul Kashem Sunday.
Moreover, petitions will be filed seeking treatment and division in jail, his lawyer Syed Nazrul Islam said Friday.
Earlier, Aman’s wife, Sabera Aman, who was sentenced to three years in prison, surrendered in the court on September 3 and was sent to jail. She got bail from the Chamber Judge’s court on September 5.
