The Bangladesh mission in Canada is working to send home the bodies of three students who died in a road accident in Toronto.
The embassy would start working on the matter as soon as it received the copies of the death certificates and passports of the deceased, Bangladesh Ambassador to Canada Khalilur Rahman said on Wednesday.
The accident took place on Highway 427 southbound ramp to Dundas Street West in Ontario at 11pm local time on Monday, killing Shahriar Khan, Angela Baroi and Arian Deepta.
Noted Bangladeshi singer Kumar Bishwajit's son, Nibir Kumar, was hospitalized after sustaining critical injuries in the crash.
According to local police, Nibir was driving the car involved in the accident and the rest were passengers.
Two of them died on the spot while another died after being taken to hospital.
Kumar Bishwajit left for Canada after getting the news of the accident.
