5,990 to appear for 36th BCS viva voce interviews

These candidates will face the viva-voce interviews segment of the test now, likely to begin on March 12, according to a press release. These candidates will vie for the 2,180 first-class officers' posts the government is likely to fill up through the 36th BCS exams.The 36th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) exams will fill 2,180 first class gazetted officers in the government. Those who sat for the written exam can find out their results by messaging “PSC 36 <registration number>” to 16222 from Teletalk numbers. Around 211,326 applicants took part in the preliminary exams in January 2016. Out of them, 13,830 were qualified for the written exam. From September 1-6 and October 5-24 last year, they sat for the perquisite and technical exams respectively.
