Fugitive war criminal dies in Kishoreganj

Karimganj OC Zakir Hossain Rabbani confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune. On May 3, 2015, the International War Crimes Tribunal handed death penalty to four razakars of Kishoreganj, including 89-year-old Mannan, for crimes against humanity during the Liberation War in 1971.
