Bangladeshi non profit organization Poriborton Kori Foundation has taken an initiative to stand beside the Palestinians amid the ongoing crisis in Palestine.
The Founder of the organization Barrister Ahsan Bhuiyan and General Secretary Anusha Anowar met with the Palestinian Ambassador in Dhaka Yousef SY Ramadan at his office earlier on Tuesday to consult and figure out ways to aid the distressed citizens, read a press release published by Poriborton Kori.
Yousef SY Ramadan, has expressed his gratitude to the youth change-makers for their commendable initiative and said that he is overwhelmed with the support and calls he has received from Bangladeshis. He stated that currently considering logistical impediments, the best aid would be in the form of financial donations.
He has also mentioned that all the bKash mobile banking accounts of the embassy has been maxed out, and they are currently waiting for approval for a merchant account, added the release.
