The Rapid Chess Competition, organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation and Dhaka Chess Federation, will get underway Friday afternoon at the BCF sports room.
The tournament is open for all competitors, who have been asked to submit their names and entry fee by Thursday at the BCF office.
The competition will be played in accordance with the seven-round Swiss-League system and the winner will get Tk15,000.
