Bangladesh clinched silver and bronze medal at the 6th Asian Goju Ryu Karate Championship at Gor Popki Sports Hall in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Hafsad Islam bagged silver in the 84-plus kg category while David Gomes notched bronze in the veteran event.
A total of 21 countries, including 660 players, participated in the three-day competition. Indonesia emerged first while China finished second in the championship.
