Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) has decided to start youth camp from middle of October ahead of the Al Alafah Islami Bank Bangabandhu Junior Asia Cup rescheduled for January, next year.
An executive committee meeting of the federation took place at the Bangladesh Air Force Falcon Hall in Tejgaon following which the decision was revealed through a press release.
The competition was originally scheduled to be held in Dhaka on June 4-12 but got postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic. Rescheduled fixtures have been set for January 21-30, 2021.
It was also discussed in the meeting about hosting Asian Champions Trophy, also rescheduled to be held on March 11-19 first time in Bangladesh.
