The authorities had also applied for the Army Stadium venue. Although the venue authorities had issued permission before, it was withdrawn, according to various sources.
Although no clear comment has been received from the concerned parties on the matter. No new date has also been announced yet.
Bengal Foundation Director General Luva Nahid Chowdhury told the media, "I will not comment on this now. We have postponed this event. We will inform you when a new date is decided."
