Pakistan's popular band “Jaal” will perform at the “Legends of the Decade” concert on Friday.
Popular Bangladeshi bands Aurthohin, Vikings and Conclusion will also perform at the concert to be held at Dhaka Arena inside Swadesh Properties beside Purbachal 300 feet expressway in Dhaka.
Preparations for the concert have been completed, there will be sponsor booths and various programs. There will also be stalls of various brands and products.
The event is sponsored by BYD, Dano, Dan Cake, Pran, Polar Ice Cream, Lays Chips, and RRM Steel among other organizations.
The “Legends of the Decade” concert marks the return of the band Jal to Dhaka after a decade. On this day, the band will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album “Aadat”. Their last open-air concert in Dhaka was in 2012, and they have not been seen at any concerts in Bangladesh in the last 12 years.
Artcell's bassist and vocalist, Saidus Salehin Khaled, known to fans as Bassbaba Sumon, has been ill for a long time. Because of his illness, the band has not been regularly performing.
After a year's break, Artcell and Bassbaba will return to the stage with the “Legends of the Decade” concert.
