Director of the play Mohammad Ali Haider about the theatre play said: “When I read the novel, somehow I was driven by the character Rongomala. A strong force of love continues to work in her. I was tempted to build such a character. First credit behind making of the play goes to Shaeen Akhter, who thought we were worthy enough to pull off the work. Credit goes to Samina Lutfa and Soumya Sarkar as well, who portrayed the large canvas of the novel in a different manner.”
