US pop star Britney Spears dismissed “Stranger Things” lead Millie Bobby Brown's idea of playing her in a biopic. She does not believe the time is right to have a biopic on her life.
“I hear about people wanting to do movies about my life… Dude I'm not dead!” Spears posted on her Instagram account Tuesday.
Previously on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” Millie Bobby Brown expressed her feelings about playing the role of Britney Spears. “I think her story resonates with me,” Brown expressed to Drew Barrymore. “Just growing up, watching her videos, watching interviews of her when she was younger… when I look up pictures of her I feel like I could tell her story in the right way and hers only.”
But the reaction of the pop-star suggests that the project is not likely to proceed further. “I guess my family is going to lock their doors now!” Britney Spears writes on Instagram.
“Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown is currently busy promoting her new film “Enola Holmes 2,” where the actress plays Sherlock's sister.
