Director Mejbaur Rahman Sumon's much-anticipated feature "Hawa" unveiled its first digital poster on Friday, April 1.
Designed by Sabyasachi Mistry, the poster featured the main cast members including Chanchal Chowdhury, Nafiza Tushi, Shariful Raje, Sumon Anowar and others.
The film was in development for three years. The pandemic further delayed its release.
Filming began in October, 2019 and almost entirely took place at the coral island of Saint Martin.
The plot revolves around a group of fishermen who venture into deep sea with a trawler and explore the prevalent sea mythologies.
"Hawa" team informed the press that the film would be soon submitted to the censor board and is expected to receive a wide release in three months.
Produced by Sun Music and Motion Pictures Limited, the film was shot by "Monpura" cinematographer SA Kamrul Hasan Khasru.
