Despite the hurdles posed by the ongoing pandemic, popular singer Tina Russell is passing a busy time with her creative projects.
Tina, who bagged the ‘Best Duet’ at Oikko Channel i Music Award 2020 for "Shesh Din," alongside renowned musician Tahsan, started this year with Valentine’s Day special song, "Parbo Na."
Penned by National Award-winning lyricist Zulfiqer Russell, "Parbo Na" was composed by Tunai Debasish Ganguly.
Now the singer is back with her new song, “Pagoler Beshe,” penned by Jisan Khan Shuvo and composed by Naved Parvez.
Released under the label of Dhruba Music Station, the song is currently available on YouTube and all the major audio streaming platforms.
Directed by Saiful Islam Roman, a music video was released on July 30, starring Prunima Bristy and Noman.
“Pagoler Beshe is a contemporary folk song. I would say it is my best song yet. I am really proud of the work I have done here. I hope the audiences will appreciate my efforts as well,” said Tina Russell.
She is currently hosting 'Gaan Baksho' on Nagorik TV. Tina released her debut album in 2014 to positive reviews.
