Popular Bangladeshi singer and actor Tahsan Khan decided to self-quarantine back in March after coronavirus outbreak had put a halt to daily life across the country.
After his March trip to Japan, Tahsan released a statement announcing his plan to socially distance himself.
"I have decided to put a stop to all my work. I think the best we can do right now is to quarantine ourselves. I hope everyone understands the gravity of the situation."
As lock-down became less rigid in recent times, actors including Tahsan went back to work. According to latest reports, Tahsan and Tanjin Tisha were working together in an 85-minute drama titled Money Machine directed by Muhammad Mostafa Kamal Raj.
After Tisha had contracted Covid-19, Tahsan again went into self-quarantine. However, the singer confirmed to the press today, he too has tested positive for coronavirus.
Tahsan urged his fans and followers to pray for his fast recovery.
